RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review the policy below for further details.

1. RETURNS

  • Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of kitchen installation.
  • Items must be in undamaged and working condition.
  • Customers should initiate the return request by emailing proof of purchase to info@theinfo@theautochef.com.
  • The company will attempt to resolve the issue before proceeding with the return.

Deductions from Refund:

  • Cost of installation and transportation.
  • Applicable taxes.

2. RETURN PROCESS

  • The complete kitchen and all accessories must be returned without any damage to items or packaging.
  • The returned product should be shipped to the following address:

  • Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by the company.

3. REFUNDS

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund or exchange will be processed.
  • Allow at least fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for processing.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

4. EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Booking fees, transportation, and installation costs (deducted from the refund amount).

For defective or damaged products, contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Customers must contact Customer Care to request a return and email proof of purchase to info@theinfo@theautochef.com.
  • After initiating the request, the company will send a representative to assess the issue and, if necessary, pack the kitchen for return shipment.
