Shipping & Delivery Costs
Shipping, delivery, and installation costs will be applicable as per the invoice terms. The cost may be waived based on offers provided by the company from time to time.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- All payments, including shipping and installation costs, must be cleared 30 days before the scheduled delivery date.
- You will receive a notification to prepare your kitchen space with specific dimensions at least one week before the delivery date.
- Seven days prior to delivery, company engineers will conduct a site inspection and issue a readiness report.
- Once the site is deemed ready, your kitchen will be shipped to the designated location and installed by company engineers.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
- The delivery address cannot be modified once the site inspection has been completed.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
- International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can be significant and are not calculated by us.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
